I created this tea recipe about a year ago because I was trying to find an alternative to coffee which was really stressing my adrenals. I LOVE coffee so whatever was going to replace it had to be DELICIOUS! I also have struggled with my immune system and wanted something to help give it a boost. I knew the Mangosteen we grow on our farm on Kaua'i is amazing for health inside and out so I decided to build a tea around that beautiful little super fruit! I am excited to share this tea with the world! I have to say I have not been sick since I started drinking it and my digestion has never been better!
