Returns & Exchanges

Any issue with your received order must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Any request for a refund must be made within 5 days of package receipt and on a product that has been unopened and in resalable condition.

In order to be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned unopened/unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. If the item was damaged during shipping, please notify UTARA ORGANICS within 5 days of confirmed delivery.  Please provide photos of the packaging and the damaged product. Any notification after 5 days for any of the above-mentioned situations will receive no action from UTARA ORGANICS.

Once you have contacted us regarding your return, we will email you a return label.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and that a refund will be issued. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show on your statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:- PO box 152, Kilauea Hawaii 96754, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
